Adam Lynch has spent over 17 years working in the Florida fire service — not from behind a desk, but in the field, in command, and in the classroom. He has held every rank from Firefighter to Battalion Chief, served on a technical rescue team, operated aerial apparatus, managed high-volume incident response, and taught fire service personnel at every level.
As a Florida state-certified Fire Service Instructor III and Live Fire Training Instructor, Adam has designed, delivered, and refined training programs spanning live fire operations, extrication, apparatus operations, certifications, and leadership development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire and Emergency Services and has completed advanced leadership coursework through the National Fire Academy.
Adam is also a certified Florida EMS Instructor (Levels A & B), a trained IAFF Peer Supporter, and has dedicated significant effort to mental health and behavioral wellness in the fire service.
